Blue Point Oysters are medium size Atlantic oysters from 3 to 4 inches long most prefered eaten raw on the half shell. Famous at oyster bars these delicous mild flavored oyster are also great steamed, broiled, fried, sautéed, rockefeller, and frittered. Named for Blue Point, Long Island in New York, where this exceptionally fine oyster was first discovered.

Due to the tragic oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, where some of our off season oysters are caught, our fully local oysters won't be back in season until March through October. Check back with us soon!
