All of our crabs are caught daily by local watermen from the Chesapeake Bay. Blue Crab Handling and Preparation: 

 

The steamed blue crabs we ship are caught daily, steamed right off the boat, then shipped directly to you.  The crabs are packaged in a sryrofome cooler with gel packs frozen at sub-zero temperatures.  This means you can eat and enjoy your fresh crabs right out of the box.  Be sure to refrigerate or prepare your crabs to eat upon receiving your order.  Some people prefer to eat their crabs cold while others like them hot.  Here's a few suggestions on re-heating your fresh Maryland Crabs...

Once your crabs are prepared gather some newspapers, crab knives, crab mallets, seasoning, vinegar, butter, bowls, beer and refreshments.  Cover your table in several layers of newspaper for quick and easy cleanup.  Dump your crabs in the middle of the table, then gather your family and friends.  Just hurry up and grab some before they're gone!
