Little Neck Clams & Top Neck Clams are are a delicious variety of hard shell clam eaten most often steamed, raw on the half shell, fried, baked, in clam chowder, sauces, or in many other clam recipes. Restaurants known as raw bars specialize in serving littlenecks and top neck clams raw on an opened half-shell, usually with a cocktail sauce, and sometime with lemon.
